My name is Vik Marino. A tech enthusiast and entrepreneur at heart. Born in the 90s—the golden era of dial-up internet, floppy disks 💾, and the rise of personal computers. Growing up surrounded by technology, I naturally gravitated toward computers, which led me to study Computer Engineering and graduate in 2013.
Since then, I’ve built a career in IT, starting as a junior programmer and working my way up to managing teams and projects as a Product Manager. My journey has revolved around creating impactful smartphone apps, always with a focus on delivering real value to people.
Beyond tech, I am passionate about nature and adventure 🌊🚴♂️🎣. I love sports — ping-pong, swimming, snorkeling, cycling, and hiking are some of my favorites. I can spend hours fishing or simply staring into the sea, fascinated by its endless movement and mysteries. Being in nature, whether exploring mountains or diving into the ocean, gives me the same thrill as solving complex tech problems—both are about discovery and pushing limits.
I’ve traveled across most of Europe, gaining a broad perspective, open mindset and the ability to adapt to different cultures and ways of working.
Now and since quite a while, I’m channeling my experience and passion into building something of my own — because life is too short to spend it on someone else’s dream.
